2009 Photographers' Fellowship Fund Recipient




We are pleased to announce the 2009 recipient, Karen Davis of Hudson, NY. She will receive $2,500 to assist her in pursuing her artistic goals. CPW received a strong pool of applicants for the 2009 Fellowship Fund and the range of portfolios again showed extraordinary strength, continuing to reveal that the upstate New York region is a vibrant home to and inspiration for numerous talented artists. The 2009 Fellowship Fund was juried by Hannah Frieser, Director of Light Work. The 2009 Photographers Fellowship Fund was made possible by the generous support in part from the New York State Council on the Arts, and the Andy Warhol Foundation for the Visual Arts.
