The 2004  Fellowship Fund was juried by Joel Smith, Curator of the Frances Loeb Art Center at Vassar College, Poughkeepsie, NY. 

There were a large number of submissions for the 2004 Fellowship Fund and the pool of portfolios showed extraordinary strength, proving once again that the upstate New York region is a vibrant home to and inspiration for numerous talented artists.

We are pleased to announce this years winners, Laura Gail Tyler of Tivoli and J.D. Kay of Saugerties. Each received $1,000 to assist them in pursuing their artistic goals.
