Alex Webb is best known for his complex and vibrant color work, especially from Latin America and the Carribean. Originally a poet, Rebecca Norris Webb has a new third book, My Dakota which interweaves her photographs from her home state with her spare text pieces.

Alex Webb is best known for his complex and vibrant color work, especially from Latin America and the Carribean. He has nine books including most recently The Suffering of Light, a 30 year survey of his photography. Alex has exhibited at museums worldwide, and his work is in the collections of the Museum of Fine Arts, Boston, the Metropolitan Museum of Art, NY, and the Guggenheim Museum, NY. Alex became a full member of Magnum Photos in 1979. His work has appeared in National GeographicThe New York Times Magazine, Geo, and other magazines. He received a Guggenheim Fellowship in 2007.

Originally a poet, Rebecca Norris Webb has a new third book, My Dakota which interweaves her photographs from her home state with her spare text pieces. This summer she will have solo exhibitions of the work at Ricco Maresca Gallery, NYC, and the North Dakota Museum of Art. Her work has appeared in Time, Le Monde Magazine, and Orion, and is in the collections of The Museum of Fine Arts, Boston, The George Eastman House Museum, among others. Rebecca is currently working with Alex on a collaborative project in the US called Memory City.
