and Video by Area Teens organized by David Nelsen-Epstein & Jackie Jenks of Indie Lab Media Projects and the Center for Photography at Woodstock artists: Jake Alter, Jack Decker, Patrick Carswell, O. Fine, Jen Geiger, Trevor Grassi, Erin Keating, Zoe Ladner, Michaela MacNutt, Justin Mulvaney, Isaac Pond, Mark Rizzo-Eichler, William Safran, Colin Salt, Kayla Stanley, Eric Szyska, Max Thomas, Jack Thomas, Kyle Waters, and Elijah Wapner Creating a dialogue with the work in FRESH, CPW presented work by area teens. In collaboration with Indie Media Lab, this show highlighted the creative vision of youth in our region who use photography, digital media, and video to interpret their worlds. Whether in documenting the complexities of emerging sexual identity, family, friends, community, or by creating fictional narratives to express their own experience, these teens have created art work that reveals many of the concerns of youth today. |
