ABOUT THE PHOTOGRAPHER’S FELLOWSHIP FUND
Since 1980, the Center for Photography at Woodstock has provided regional* photographers with significant recognition and support through the Photographer’s Fellowship Fund award. To date, CPW has awarded $78,600 in Photographer’s Fund Fellowships to 88 artists. Past recipients include Mark Lyon, Kenro Izu, Andrea Modica, Lucinda Devlin, Craig J. Barber, Tanya Marcuse, Isaac Diggs, among others.
The 2016 Photographer’s Fellowship Fund program has generously been made possible in part by individual donors, the Andy Warhol Foundation for the Visual Arts, the Thompson Family Foundation, and the New York State Council on the Arts, a state agency. Our deepest thanks and appreciation to them and all individuals who support the arts.
*Only artists working in photography who live in the following New York State Counties are eligible to apply:
Albany, Clinton, Columbia, Delaware, Dutchess, Essex, Franklin, Fulton, Greene, Hamilton, Montgomery, Orange, Otsego, Putnam, Rensselaer, Saratoga, Schenectady, Schoharie, Sullivan, Ulster, Warren, and Washington.
Proof of residency is required.
