Getting to CPW
From NYC and South: North on NYS Thruway to Exit 19. Take the first right on traffic circle to Rt. 28 (west); take Rt. 28 to Rt. 375 (traffic light); turn right on Rt. 375; at stop sign make a left onto Route 212 into Village of Woodstock.
From Albany and North: South on NYS Thruway to Exit 20 (Saugerties). Make a left on Rt. 32 and go several hundred feet to Rt. 212 (traffic light). Turn right on Rt. 212 towards Woodstock. Continue about ten miles to Village of Woodstock.
Amtrak from NYC Penn Station to Rhinecliff, (845) 876-3364; 1-800-USA-RAIL. Please note Rhinecliff is on the east side of the Hudson River, and is approximately a 35-minute taxi ride to Woodstock.
Adirondack Trailways: To/from NYC 1-800-776-7548; NYC Port Authority Terminal: (212) 564-8484; Upstate General Number: (845) 331-0744. Either take the Adirondack Trailways bus to Kingston. From there you must take a 15-minute taxi ride to Woodstock. Or take the bus all the way to the Woodstock bus station, which is walkable to CPW. The Kingston station has the benefit that the buses run more frequently and later into the day. See the Adirondack Trailways website for the schedule.
