Williams & Russ
Our photographic aesthetic is strongly informed by our relationship with nature and our shared concept of beauty and sensuality. As active conservationists, nature watchers, and birders, we regularly take the opportunity to spend time outdoors observing and photographing nature. Conservation is an important part of the stewardship of our planet; the attitudes that lead to greater efforts to conserve our natural resources is one that must be cultivated at a local level.
Michael Williams and Sally Russ (Woodstock, NY) are a collaborative team, they have photographed together for the past 10 years and own Photosensualis, a gallery in Woodstock that specializes in black and white fine art photography with an emphasis on nature and the nude.
