Melanie Eve Barocas of Guilford Connecticut, has been photographing since she was twelve years old. Her work is featured in the monograph, Eden, which reveals a group of compassionate environmental portraits. This work showcases the last fifteen years of her international travel to photograph in Cuba, Siberia, Ireland, Guatemala, China, India, Africa, Turkey, and Iraq. The White House and the Denver Art Museum each house images in their permanent collections. Her work has been published in Fortune, Newsweek, Rolling Stone, and Time.
