These photographs were made in the Hudson Valley where I lived and worked for my mentor Erika DeVries and her family. Navigating their space as both a friend and a caretaker, I photographed my experience witnessing and partaking in the raising of Dove, Zane, and Sequoia, and assisting Erika and Matt with a myriad of artistic undertakings.
