Emma Dodge Hanson

After concentrating in Photography at Skidmore College, Emma Dodge Hanson (Saratoga Springs, NY) worked for a private fashion studio in London, England, before studying portraiture at the Maine Media Workshops. Her first book of photographs, SOLO, was published by Bantam Doubleday Dell and includes her portraits of musicians Sheryl Crow, Jewel, and SarahMcLaclan, among others. Her work has been reviewed inBillboard, Rolling Stone and People, and her photography has also appeared in Oprah, USA Today, Photo District News, Entertainment Weekly, The New York Times, and The Washington Post. Currently based in Saratoga Springs, she runs her own portraiture studio, focusing on fine art and wedding photography.
