The Center for Photography at Woodstock is proud to announce the recipients of its second annual Vision Awards, recognizing those individuals who have made important contributions in the field of photography. The recipients for the 2005 Vision Awards are Howard Greenberg for leadership and Kenro Izu for artistic excellence.

The 2005 honorees will be celebrated at a special benefit event ceremony on Monday, September 19, 2005 (6:30 – 8:30 pm) at Suite A, 407 East 75th Street, NYC.  

Presenters will include gallery owner & collection consultant Sarah Morthland, and legendary photographers Bruce Davidson and Hiroshi Sugimoto.

Founded in 1977, CPW is recognized as a major national cultural resource. A not-for-profit arts and education organization, it is dedicated to supporting the creation, presentation, and education of contemporary creative photography and related media with year-round programs, including exhibitions, workshops, lectures, publications, artist residencies, and services for artists.
